Log in to your Firefly Online account, select the Account menu and choose Edit School. There are two different ways to search for your school. You can either type in your postcode, or you can choose a State and enter a search term, such as school name, street or suburb. Some schools go by the same names, so ensure that whichever school you select matches your school details exactly.
