I've set up the Class Builder, my teachers have access to the products but I still don't – what should I do?

It’s likely that you have not attached yourself to any classes. When a person is attached to a class they have access to all of the purchased Class Products allocated to that class. If you are not attached to any classes you will not have access to products.

Log in to your account and open Class Builder. Go to the Teachers tab and find your name/email in the table list. Look at the Classes column and see if you are connected to any classes. If the cell is blank you are not connected to any classes. Select Edit and follow the prompts to attach yourself to a class.

We recommend that you attach yourself to every class that you actively interact with. This ensures you can use My Classroom to switch between classes and view information such as class and student portfolios (if applicable).

If you’re a curriculum leader, admin staff or IT support staff and you do not necessarily need to use or view student information in My Classroom, you can just attach yourself to one class that has the relevant Class Products. This will give you access to the teaching resources for the product.
